G2 with its back to the wall at the Valorant Masters

The G2 Esports team has its back against the wall at the Valorant Masters in Rejkjavik. In the semifinals of the Upper Bracket, the team conceded a 1-2 loss to Loud.

„Well played by Loud. A very deserved win,“ G2 pro Oscar „mixwell“ Cañellas Colocho tweeted appreciatively after the match against the Brazilian team. Despite the defeat, the team from the Berlin-based e-sports organization can advance to the finals via the Lower Bracket.

The next opponents are the e-sportsmen of the Indonesian organization Paper Rex. They had previously eliminated The Guard, the winner of the North American Masters qualification.

Also eliminated is Team Liquid. The Valorant roster of the Dutch e-sports organization conceded a 1:2 defeat against Zeta Division in the first round of the Lower Bracket
