Cataclysm Classic Update

World of Warcraft's Cataclysm Classic brings a plethora of new areas for adventurers to explore, complete with 7 freshly introduced zones: the lush Mount Hyjal, the sunken depths of Vash’jir, the tumultuous Twilight Highlands, the mysterious Uldum, the subterranean Deepholm, and the starting areas for Goblins and Worgen, Kezan and Gilneas, respectively.

Adventurers can test their mettle in 9 novel dungeons, including the likes of Blackrock Caverns and the oceanic Throne of the Tides. For those seeking to ascend to greater heights, Vortex Pinnacle awaits, alongside The Stonecore, The Lost City of Tol’vir, The Halls of Origination, Grim Batol, and revamped versions of the classic Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep.

For raiders, the expansion doesn't disappoint with 3 challenging raid dungeons: the wind-swept Throne of the Four Winds, the subterranean Blackwing Descent, and the enigmatic Bastion of Twilight.

Players will now have the ability to soar on their flying mounts across Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor. The addition of Darkmoon Island and the Tol Barad PvP battleground offers new dimensions of gameplay, while the Dungeon journal provides useful insights during encounters.

A significant overhaul to the raid progression system introduces a Boss Based Raid Lock system. This flexible system allows one to participate in either size of the raid for each boss within a single week.

Cataclysm Classic also features optional enhancements aimed at enriching the player experience.
