Warzone March 19 Update

Call of Duty: Warzone's latest update introduces adjustments that have the player community buzzing with anticipation. With a focus on modifying the gulag experience, the game is poised to offer a fresh dynamic that could alter some of the existing strategies. The changes in the gulag are just the tip of the iceberg as the update also implements tweaks to close-range combat, honing in on the balance of power between different weapon ranges.

Submachine guns, prevalent in close-quarter encounters, are facing alterations aimed at reducing their dominance beyond short distances. This recalibration affects the weapons‘ effectiveness, particularly from near to mid-range, promising a more nuanced battlefield where every corner could present a different challenge. This update could very well shift the current close-range meta, prompting players to adapt their tactics in the heat of combat.

Adjustments to the Containment Zone

The usual night vision showdowns in the Containment Zone are now a thing of the past, enhancing the clarity of these intense encounters. Not only this, but laser sights that were previously a forced inclusion in loadouts have also been eradicated to ensure a leveled playing field.

Enhanced Game Stability

Warzone’s stability sees improvements with the rectification of two glitches:

  • The lingering slow-motion effect after a vehicular victory lap now ceases immediately, allowing for a seamless transition to the next play.
  • On Fortune’s Keep, rogue vehicles no longer cling to the Research Vessel or pose an unexpected threat to bystanders, ensuring a more dependable and immersive gameplay experience.

These refinements slightly taper the dominance of close-quarter arsenal, which may have subtle yet noticeable impacts on the evolving Warzone tactics.
