Overwatch Season 1 for 2026 brings a fresh wave of content, and the Battle Pass stands at the center of the update. You gain access to a mix of cosmetic items, themed rewards, and progression tiers that shape your experience throughout the season.
You can unlock free skins and other in-game items as you level up, or choose a premium option for expanded rewards. Understanding the cost, structure, and available content helps you decide how to approach the new season.
Overwatch Season 1 Battle Pass rewards
You unlock Season 1 items across eight reward pages, each built around the ongoing faction conflict theme. Skins such as New Empire Vendetta and New Era Tracer reflect that storyline, alongside themed cosmetics that match the season’s visual direction.
The pass includes:
- Legendary and Epic skins
- Weapon charms like Watchimari
- Sprays, name cards, and souvenirs
- Player titles through Prestige tiers
You progress by earning Battle Pass XP through matches. Event challenges grant additional XP and help you move through tiers faster.
After completing the standard track, you advance into Prestige tiers up to level 200. At tier 200, you earn the exclusive player title “Empire’s Favored.”
Overwatch Season 1 Battle Pass Skins
You unlock a mix of New Empire and New Era character designs as you progress through the pass. The lineup includes Vendetta, Tracer, Moira, Baptiste, Lucio, Mauga, Brigitte, and Genji.
Two skins come free through standard progression:
- New Era Baptiste – Tier 40
- New Era Brigitte – Tier 70
All other featured outfits require premium access, letting you expand your collection with themed seasonal cosmetics.
Overwatch Season 1 Battle Pass Items
You unlock a range of cosmetic and currency rewards throughout the pass. These include:
- New voice lines for Emre, D.Va, Symmetra, Orisa, Anran, Mizuki, Wuyang, Domina, and Vendetta
- Overwatch Credits and Overwatch Coins
- Mythic Prisms
- Loot Boxes
You also earn themed sprays, player icons, and name cards that expand your customization options as you progress.
Overwatch Season 1 Battle Pass Cost
You automatically receive access to the free track when Season 1 begins. To unlock the expanded reward line, you need the Premium Battle Pass, which costs 1,000 Overwatch Coins—about $9.99 USD. You can purchase it directly through the in-game store.
If you want additional bonuses, you can choose the Ultimate Battle Pass Bundle. This option costs $39.99 USD and does not use Coins.
The bundle includes:
- Premium Battle Pass access
- 20 tier skips
- 2,000 Overwatch Coins
- Exclusive skins such as New Empire Emre and New Era Sojourn
Your choice depends on how many cosmetics and tier skips you want at the start of the season.
