- Cryo Round: This ability fires a Cryo Round that homes in on enemies, dealing immediate damage and applying the Cryo effect, which causes additional damage in conjunction with Hailey's firearm attacks.
- Storm Snare: Emits a freezing beam that releases a vortex, chilling and repelling nearby enemies. It also inflicts Cryo on those hit, adding another layer of damage over time.
- Cold Fury: Although Hailey's movement speed reduces, this ability significantly boosts her firearm and skill critical hit rates as well as penetration power, making her more lethal in combat.
- Zenith: Equips Hailey with her exclusive anti-material Sniper Cannon. This weapon increases penetration and firearm attack power, delivering extra chill skill damage. It also restores MP when weak points are hit and reduces cooldowns based on the number of bullets left when the skill concludes.
