Fortnite Chapter 3 trailer leaked

The Fortnite Chapter 3 trailer has been leaked on the internet. In the trailer shows a new island, new skins including two well-known characters from the Gears of War series and new items. Of course, we can also expect another Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 Battle Pass according to the trailer.

The trailer was leaked on the channel of Shufflegamer, a YouTuber with almost 5 million subscribers. The first thing to notice is the all-new map, with in all likelihood nothing of the old map coming back. It looks like players will have to fight it out on all sorts of different terrains: on the ground, in the water and in the air.

New skins: Marcus and Nathan from Gears of War and Spider Man

In the new season, players will be able to get to grips with, among other things, a Spider Man skin in three different variants. Also, Marcus Fenix and Nathan (also known as Nate) from the popular Xbox game series Gears of War make their appearance. The latter is not surprising, because the first three Gears of War games were developed by Epic Games; it can justifiably be said that it is the game series for which Epic Games gained great fame.

New Fortnite items: tents and a crown

Of course, in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 a lot of new items are added. In the trailer we see, among other things, an item that heals player, but also a tent. This can be thrown down by players and then they can store items in the tent and heal themselves or teammates.

The second interesting item is the crown. You get this after a Victory Royale and take it with you to the next game. As long as you keep winning you keep the crown. It is still unclear what exactly the crown does, but possibly it earns you more experience points (XP) for your Battle Pass; or rises faster in the competitive Arena mode.
