Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 3 Patch Notes
Capcom’s third major update for Monster Hunter Wilds introduces new content that blends familiar series elements with a crossover event from Final Fantasy 14. Players who meet the required Hunter Rank can take on Omega Planetes, a powerful foe inspired by one of Final Fantasy’s most challenging encounters. Abilities tied to Dark Knight and Pictomancer jobs from FF14 also make an appearance, adding unique mechanics to the fight.
Beyond the collaboration, the update brings seasonal content and gameplay adjustments. The Festival of Accord, called Dreamspell, runs in late October with themed decorations and activities. Balance changes to the Lagiacrus encounter, improvements to Support Hunter functions, and several bug fixes are included as well. The patch also has specific storage requirements across platforms and marks the final update with official Windows 10 support.
