How to Get Legend Title

Destiny 2 is celebrating its 10th anniversary by offering a slew of rewards, among which the Legendary Veteran armor set and the coveted Legend title stand out. Players have the opportunity to earn these exclusive items as part of the festivities, making it an exciting time for both newcomers and veteran Guardians.

The Legend title, in particular, provides a relatively straightforward path to acquisition compared to other titles in the game. This makes it an excellent starting point for those who have yet to earn a title in Destiny 2.

How to earn the Legend title in Destiny 2

Earning the Legend title in Destiny 2 involves completing a set of seven specific Triumphs. Below is a breakdown of each Triumph and its requirements:

1. Cayde’s Stashes
To start, locate all five of Cayde’s stashes in the Tower within the Pale Heart. This is necessary to unlock subsequent Triumph objectives.

2. Timelost
Complete four Timeline Missions. If you are part of a fireteam of two or more, you will receive bonus progress.

3. Accidental Generosity
Defeat combatants and collect engrams in Skywatch on Cosmodrome. Ensure you are wearing the full set of Veteran Legend Armor or Ornaments to fulfill this requirement.

4. Justiciar
Achieve the Justiciar Guardian Rank. Reaching Guardian Rank 8 is mandatory for this Triumph, and it may take some time if you haven’t been keeping up with Guardian Rank objectives.

5. Special Delivery
Claim a set of Veteran Legend Armor Ornaments at the Special Deliveries Terminal in the Tower.

6. Among Friends
Engage in Vanguard Ops Playlist activities, Crucible matches, or rounds of Gambit. Wear the complete set of Veteran Legend Armor or Ornaments while completing these activities.

7. Disappointment
Decrypt engrams at the Cryptarch. Note that Focused Decoding is not counted as Decryption for this Triumph.

To get started, you must complete the Cayde’s Stashes Triumph before you can proceed with the others in any order. Most of these objectives are straightforward. Timeline Missions, for instance, are standard campaign missions accessible from the Timeline section of the Director.
