CrossFire: Legends, the mobile adaptation of the long-running tactical shooter franchise, is preparing for its return to Southeast Asia with pre-registrations now open. Developed by Tencent’s TiMi Studios and published regionally by Level Infinite, the game marks a renewed effort to reintroduce the series to mobile players after several years of absence from international markets.
Originally launched in China in 2025, the title remains a strong presence in that region’s competitive gaming scene, supported by an active franchised esports league. The upcoming Southeast Asian release offers players early access opportunities and exclusive digital rewards, along with community events designed to encourage participation ahead of the full launch later this year.
CrossFire Legends Esports
CrossFire Legends established its competitive foundation with the Global Invitational, an international event that brought together teams from Southeast Asia, Brazil, and South Korea. After global servers closed, the focus shifted to China with the CrossFire Mobile League (CFML), a structured competition that continues to shape the game’s professional scene.
Since 2019, CFML has operated under a franchise model, featuring top organizations such as LGD, All Gamers, Q9, and EDward Gaming. The current Season 16 runs from August 27 to December 6 at the CrossFire League Arena in Chengdu.
| Region | League | Venue | Season | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| China | CFML | Chengdu | 16 | Aug 27–Dec 6 |
With its return to Southeast Asia, CrossFire Legends may soon expand its esports presence across new regional circuits.
