Fortnite C7 S3 Mythics: Locations and How to Get Them

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 adds a wide range of Mythic items that can directly shape how you approach each match. You can access powerful options such as the Limitless Seven Sliders for constant mobility and high-damage Mythic shotguns like the Pump and Maven, giving you flexible loadout choices.

While the season centers on collecting Sprites, Mythics still play a major role in combat and map control. You need to know where to find them and how they spawn, since many are harder to track down, even though a few remain consistently available across matches.

You can collect the following Mythic weapons and items during Chapter 7 Season 3. Each one requires a specific task, boss fight, or location objective.

Mythic Item Where to Get It What You Must Do
9mm Baba Yaga Sinister Strip Rescue John Wick’s Dog
Extending Focus Shotgun Random spawn Defeat Skeletor
Limitless Seven Sliders Sinister Strip Unlock the prison cell

You need to track bosses, complete unique objectives, or interact with specific map locations to secure each weapon.

All Fortnite C7 S3 Mythics

Chapter 7 Season 3 adds a small but varied group of Mythic items. You unlock them through event interactions, hidden objectives, or by defeating roaming bosses.

Some methods rely on fixed locations, while others depend on random drops. You often compete with other players for these rewards, so timing and map control matter.

Baba Yaga 9mm Pistol (Mythic)

This collaboration weapon brings a high-powered sidearm inspired by John Wick into the loot pool. You obtain it by locating John Wick’s dog and freeing him from a locked cage.

When you release the dog, the reward has a chance to drop as the Mythic 9mm pistol. The outcome is not guaranteed, so you may receive different loot instead.

Although the reward is random, the event itself appears in a consistent location. That predictability makes it easier to attempt compared to roaming boss spawns.

Key points:

  • Fixed interaction point on the map
  • Randomized reward outcome
  • Strong close-to-mid range sidearm option

If you want a Mythic without chasing a boss across the island, this method offers a more controlled attempt.

Striker Pump Shotgun (Mythic Variant)

You earn the Mythic Striker Pump through a unique map event known as the Duck Race. This activity takes place at the pier just above Heatwave Harbour.

You interact with a line of rubber ducks to trigger the race. Once activated, the ducks move along a short course, and cannons mark the finish line. When the race ends, the game drops loot at the finish area, which can include the Mythic shotgun.

The drop is not guaranteed. You may need multiple attempts across different matches to secure it.

How to trigger the event:

  1. Travel to the pier north of Heatwave Harbour.
  2. Interact with the lined-up rubber ducks.
  3. Wait for the race to complete.
  4. Collect the spawned loot at the finish.

This location often attracts other players. Clear the area before starting the race if you want the best chance to keep the reward.

The Mythic Striker Pump remains one of the most desirable close-range weapons this season, so expect competition.

Limitless Seven Sliders

The standard Seven Sliders already offer strong mobility, but they come with usage limits and overheating. The Mythic version removes both restrictions.

With the Limitless Seven Sliders, you can move continuously without cooldowns. That advantage gives you consistent repositioning, escape potential, and rotation speed throughout the match.

You unlock this item inside the prison building at Sinister Strip. Head to the lower level and locate an electrified prison cell.

To open it, you must disable two connected power sources. Follow the red electrical cables running from the cell through nearby corridors and vents. Interact with the control terminals at the end of each line to shut off the power.

Once you deactivate both terminals, return to the cell. The item has a strong chance to spawn inside, but the game does not guarantee it.

Unlock steps overview:

Step Action
1 Enter prison basement at Sinister Strip
2 Locate the electrified cell
3 Follow red wires to power terminals
4 Disable both terminals
5 Return to the cell and check for the Mythic

This method requires more effort than most Mythic unlocks, but it offers one of the most reliable mobility tools in the season.

Season 3 Boss Drops

Boss Mythics work differently this season. Bosses no longer stay in fixed strongholds. Instead, they rotate between several possible spawn points across the island.

You cannot guarantee their location at the start of a match. When you approach one, the minimap displays an icon to signal their presence.

Because of this system, securing a boss Mythic depends on both luck and speed. You must find and defeat the boss before another player does.

The current boss Mythics include:

  • Mythic Surgical Burst Rifle – dropped by Voidblade
  • Mythic Maven Auto Shotgun – dropped by Wolfe
  • Mythic Extending Focus Shotgun – dropped by Skeletor

Each boss carries their exclusive weapon. Defeat the boss to claim the Mythic from the dropped loot.

These encounters no longer define competitive play the way earlier boss systems did, but they still provide powerful upgrades if you locate them early.

You improve your odds by learning common rotation points and landing nearby. Even then, you rely on spawn randomness and early-game control to secure the reward.

Have your say!
