If you cannot hear the phone, check the other location or assume another player already interacted with it. Only one active phone triggers the objective per match.
When you find the device, interact with it to activate the hidden objective. A new task will appear on your screen directing you to collect 10 paint cans.
After triggering the challenge, search the surrounding area thoroughly. Paint cans appear throughout the Chop Shop or Golf Club and can spawn indoors, on rooftops, near walls, or in less obvious corners.

- Go to the top floor and interact with the desk that holds Dog Tags.
