Meet Ninetails

Founded in January 2025, Ninetails—often shortened to NTZ—emerged from South Korea under the leadership of streamer Kim “972” Tae-il, who now serves as one of the team’s coaches. The organization quickly made a name for itself in the VALORANT Game Changers scene, sweeping through the Korean circuit without dropping a single match.

Their performance in Game Changers Korea Split 2 secured them a spot in the Pacific division, a major step toward international recognition. Competing at this level introduced tougher opponents and higher stakes, but the team’s disciplined playstyle and coordination helped them remain consistent.

Ninetails’ recent run includes victories over Asterisk Women and FENNEL GC, both regarded as strong regional contenders. Their current 21-match winning streak highlights their ability to adapt under pressure and maintain focus through extended competition.

If they overcome Xipto Esports GC in the upcoming match, the team will earn qualification for the Game Changers Championship—a milestone event set to take place in South Korea later this year.

Who plays for Ninetails?

Offensive Specialist

Jo “DaNa” Se-won leads Ninetails’ attack as the team’s youngest competitor. At only 16, she consistently delivers strong performances with agents such as Jett, Sage, and Waylay. Her aggressive playstyle and sharp mechanics make her a reliable opener in every round.

Versatile Player

Park “332” Min-ju fills the flexible role, adapting to the team’s needs across maps and matchups. At 18, she already holds multiple Game Changers Korea titles, having achieved consecutive victories across several organizations before joining Ninetails. Known for her Viper and Vyse plays, she balances aggression with utility-focused tactics.

Defensive Anchor

FullMoon provides stability as the team’s Sentinel and support specialist. Competing professionally since 2022, she focuses on map control, information gathering, and protecting flanks. Her experience and calm presence help maintain structure during high-pressure rounds.
