Resident Evil Requiem launches on February 27, 2026, marking the ninth main entry in the series. Expect a sizable download, with file sizes around 73 GB on PC, nearly 73 GB on PS5, about 68.5 GB on Xbox Series X/S, and roughly 27–29 GB on Nintendo Switch 2, with slightly larger installs for deluxe editions.
Preloading on PC via Steam or Epic
You can preload the digital version if you pre-order through Steam or the Epic Games Store.
- Open your platform and search for Resident Evil Requiem.
- Complete your pre-purchase if you have not done so.
- Go to your Library, select the game, and click Pre-load/Install to begin downloading.
