First place for ‚Censor‘ in Call of Duty Ranked Play

Content creator Doug ‚Censor‘ Martin has reached first place in Call of Duty Ranked Play. The former Call of Duty esports player expressed his ambition to achieve first place in the public rankings several weeks ago. On April 19, he finally succeeded.

At the beginning of the month, the content creator of Boston Breach was still in place 79. So he managed to rise dozens of spots in just over two weeks. He streams his matches in Call of Duty Ranked Play on Twitch. His viewers saw that he captured the first spot with a Skill Rating of 6105.

Two weeks ago, the number 2 player in Ranked Play accidentally revealed during a livestream that he uses cheats. This player, pplehx, was banned and his teammates received a reduction in Skill Rating as punishment. This helped Censor in his journey to first place in the top 250.

This top 250 shows the best players in the competitive game mode. The list is public and can be viewed by anyone in-game. To enter this list, you must have a Skill Rating of about 4000. So this is not an easy task. Censor, with a Skill Rating of 6400, has now solidified his position as the leader.

With the start of the third season of Vanguard and Warzone, the new Ranked Play season also starts. The players must then play five placement matches again and will then have another chance to fight their way up to the higher divisions or perhaps even the top 250.
