Farlig joins Astralis as AWPer, replacing Lucky on the bench
While Astralis recently lost its two legends, Magisk and dupreeh, the roster is starting to rebuild by recruiting a brand new AWPer, Asger „farlig“ Jensen.
Astralis made the announcement on Tuesday that Asger „farlig“ Jensen is joining the Danish team as an AWPer on CS:GO. Recently, Magisk and dupreeh, two of the pillars of the Danish formation, decided to leave the roster, in direction of France, at Vitality. With the arrival of farlig, Philip „Lucky“ Ewald, the current AWPer of the team, is therefore put on the bench of the Danish structure.

After three years spent excelling as AWPer in many teams, such as Copenhagen Flames, GODSENT or FunPlus Phoenix, it is thus at Astralis that farlig lands, becoming a first choice recruit for the roster in the esport industry. He has a career K/D of 1.16 and will bring his aggressive style of play to the Astralis arsenal this season.
According to Astralis coach Alexander „ave“ Holdt, farlig is the talented and aggressive player with great firepower that the roster needed to improve. Since the arrival of blameF and k0nfig to the team, Astralis had encountered many difficulties on CS:GO, so the coach hopes that farlig will be the solution to all their problems.
In the announcement of his recruitment, farlig announces that „Astralis is a team and an organization that most players can only dream of joining“. He says he is excited to be playing with his new teammates and hopes to meet Astralis‘ expectations as soon as possible.
