Getting Access to the VST SMG in Black Ops 7 and Warzone
You can add the VST submachine gun to your loadout through two separate methods in Season 3. The weapon draws clear inspiration from the compact SMGs seen in earlier titles, and it fits well into fast-paced multiplayer and Warzone builds focused on mobility.
Option 1: Season 3 Battle Pass (Free Path)
The VST appears as the High-Value Target (HVT) reward on Page 6 of the Season 3 Battle Pass. To claim it, you must unlock every item on that page before the weapon becomes available.
- Unlock all rewards on Page 6
- Claim the HVT reward
- Add the VST to your Create-a-Class loadouts
You do not need to purchase the Premium or BlackCell upgrade to access the VST. All functional weapons in the Battle Pass remain free, provided you progress far enough during the season.
Option 2: Store Bundle Purchase
If you prefer to skip Battle Pass progression, you can unlock the VST instantly by purchasing a Season 3 store bundle that includes a weapon blueprint for the gun.
This method:
- Immediately unlocks the base weapon
- Grants a pre-built blueprint
- Includes several attachments at no extra cost
