Two New Light Cones Revealed

Version 2.5 of Honkai: Star Rail is set to introduce new Light Cones and planar ornaments that enhance character attributes. Two Light Cones, named Scent Alone Stays True and Shadowed By Night, have leaked, each boasting unique effects and intricate artwork.

In addition to Light Cones, the upcoming update will include new playable banners in early September. Players can look forward to characters possessing distinctive skills and elements, enriching the gameplay experience. The presence of Moze and Lingsha models in the leaks hints at more engaging content, ranging from new planar ornaments to formidable bosses.

Passive Effect: Enhances the wearer's Break Effect by 60%.

To upgrade this Light Cone, players need materials such as Immortal Scionette, Alien Tree Seed, and Nourishing Honey. These can typically be farmed from various Calyxes in the game. Additional rare materials required include Immortal Aeroblossom, Myriad Fruit, and Immortal Lumintwig.

Passive Effect: Boosts the wearer's Break Effect by 28%.

Furthermore, when entering battle or inflicting Break Damage, this Light Cone increases the wearer's speed by 8% for two rounds. The artwork features Moze, a four-star Hunt character specializing in Lightning, set to debut in version 2.5.

Materials required to enhance this Light Cone include Meteoric Bullet, Artifex's Module, and Destined Expiration. These items can also be found in Calyxes or specific game events. Other necessary components are Artifex's Cogwheel, Countertemporal Shot, and Artifex's Gyreheart.
