Qingyi is an S-Rank Agent known for her Electric Attribute and exceptional combat abilities that focus on damage and stun. Despite her small and cute appearance, she maintains a calm and intimidating demeanor. Qingyi is an android featuring distinctive green twin-tails and serves as a loyal work partner, frequently accompanying Zhu Yuan on missions. She is part of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team within the New Eridu Public Security (NEPS) faction.

Qingyi specializes in Electric Damage and can accumulate a resource called „Flash Connect Voltage.“ Upon reaching a specific threshold, this allows her to unleash even more devastating attacks.
Qingyi's combat style includes fast and agile jabs, executed in a chain attack during which she remains invulnerable. Her ultimate is particularly noteworthy, delivering massive Electric damage to a wide area in front of her. Details of Qingyi’s ultimate animation were hinted at, but the complete skill set will be updated once fully revealed. Her banner, titled Untainted Jade, will debut on August 14th, making her the featured S-Rank Agent. She will temporarily replace Zhu Yuan in the Exclusive Channel for this phase.
In addition to Qingyi, the banner will feature A-Rank Agents Billy Kid and Corin Wickes. Alongside her character banner, a weapon banner will also be available, prominently featuring her W-Engine, the Ice-Jade Teapot.
