This connection is evident from quotes in her Agent Record, where Billy maintains a close relationship with her, aligning her with the „certain gang leader from the Outer Ring“ mentioned in his Agent Intel 1. Her interactions also involve Sons of Calydon member Luciana „Lucy“ de Montefio, an entity known as „Big Daddy,“ and intriguingly, a table leg.

Caesar King stands out as a Physical Defense character, marking her as the first of this archetype in the game. If she is confirmed as an S-rank character, she will be the inaugural Defense Agent of such rarity within Zenless Zone Zero.
