You will notice a direct reduction to Domina’s impact in this update. Blizzard increased the cost of her ultimate, Panopticon, by 12%, making it available less often during matches.

Overwatch patch notes February 24: DPS nerfs and buffs
You see targeted balance updates for Anran, Emre, and Vendetta in this hotfix.
Anran gains mobility and uptime. Inferno Rush now recharges in 8 seconds instead of 8.5, and Dancing Blaze carries you 2.25 meters, up from 1.5 meters. These changes let you engage and reposition more often during fights.
Emre receives a small damage increase to his primary weapon. The Synthetic Burst Rifle now deals 22 damage per shot, up from 20, slightly improving your mid-range pressure.
Vendetta takes a direct hit to burst potential. Palatine Fang’s overhead strike drops from 130 to 120 damage, and the team corrected an issue so the downward launch now properly interacts with horizontal knockback.
OW patch notes today: Jetpack Cat nerfs and Mizuki buff
You will notice targeted balance changes to two support heroes in this update. Jetpack Cat takes direct nerfs to two of her perks, reducing uptime and burst potential.
- Claws Out (Minor Perk): Cooldown increased from 6 to 8 seconds
- Territorial (Major Perk): Damage bonus reduced from 50% to 33%
These adjustments limit how often you can pressure enemies and lower her peak damage during engagements.
Mizuki, however, gains a small but meaningful boost.
- Kekkai Sanctuary: Duration extended from 6 to 7 seconds
That extra second gives you more time to control space and protect teammates during fights.
