How to get the 5-star Xiangli Yao for free

To obtain the 5-star Resonator Xiangli Yao for free, players will need to participate in the By Moon's Grace event in Wuthering Waves 1.2. This event is scheduled from September 7 to 28 and will require players to earn a designated number of „Popularity“ points.

During the event, players will support Xiangli Yao with the preparations for the Moonlit Fair. As long as enough Popularity points are collected, Xiangli Yao can be claimed without any cost. While the exact number of points required is not yet disclosed, there will be ample time to accumulate them over the three-week period.

How to Increase Popularity in By Moon's Grace Event

There are two primary ways to increase Popularity points: building Fair Stalls and completing Wishes.

Building Fair Stalls involves advancing through Lodge Tales quests. Stalls can be upgraded to not only enhance their buffs but also generate more Popularity points.

For completing Wishes, navigate to the Lodge Wishes tab and choose a quest. Using three Companions when completing a Wish will maximize the Popularity points earned. Players can level up their Popularity to a maximum of Level 6.

By consistently engaging in these activities, players can efficiently accumulate Popularity to obtain the free 5-star Resonator, Xiangli Yao, when he becomes available on September 7.
