Fortnite leak reveals Wu-Tang Clan crossover

Several Fortnite leakers have discovered that the iconic Hip-Hop group, Wu-Tang Clan, will soon be making their debut in the battle royale. Epic Games has embraced hip-hop culture over the years. The popular battle royale has already hosted multiple in-game concerts and added various skins from the rap scene.

But just when you think Fortnite has reached its limit for Hiph Hop collaborations, Epic games comes up with another crossover event. On April 20, 2022, several leaks surfaced that pointed to a new rap-focused collaboration.

Wu-Tang clan is coming to Fortnite

ShiinaBR, a credible source within the Fortnite leak and data mining scene, tweeted that the battle royale will soon be adding skins related to „a highly influential Hip-Hop group … bringing a style revolution to Fortnite.“

The Hip Hop skins appear from a datamine to come out in a male and female variant. The datamine listed the skins as:
„CIDA387AthenaCommandoMLyrical“ and „CIDA388AthenaCommandoFLyrical“ in the game's files.

The rumors within the Fortnite community increased and many players speculated about the new skin. Eventually, another reliable Fortnite leaker, Fercho_UwU, said that they had seen the images for the skins but could not share them.

However, Fercho confirmed that the skins would be based on the legendary hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan.

When will the crossover begin?
