Faze Clan Sign Made in Heaven

FaZe Clan has secured Made In Heaven ahead of the Esports World Cup this summer. This roster will now compete as a part of FaZe Clan, one of the most legendary teams in esports. Prior to this signing, Made In Heaven remained free agents even during influential events like the ALGS Split 1 Playoffs in May. The team is also aligned with ALGS Year 4 as a partnered squad. This transition signifies a significant milestone as they prepare to compete in Riyadh.

Who is the new FaZe Clan Apex roster?

A dream underdog story continues

The Made In Heaven team isn't widely known unless you're a devoted fan of Apex Legends. Their lineup includes Otso „Sinetic“ Himanen, Taylor „arctic“ McNeil, and Ali „Naghz“ Naghawi.

During ALGS Split 1, Made In Heaven captured attention by emerging as an unexpected standout. Before the ALGS Split 1 Pro League began, Sinetic, serving as the in-game leader, had never competed at this professional level. They astonished Europe and the global audience by finishing fourth in the EMEA region, which secured their spot in the ALGS Split 1 Playoffs and the Esports World Cup.

Competing in Los Angeles for their first in-person event, they performed admirably without any organizational backing. Their coaching staff even self-funded the trip to the event.

Arctic, for instance, recently left his job at McDonald's to dedicate himself wholly to Apex Legends. This leap from a casual competitor to representing FaZe Clan in a $2,000,000 event marks a significant rise for the 21-year-old.

New FaZe roster has made a great start to the ALGS Pro League

With the addition of Naghz during the mid-season break, the team’s performance has elevated to new heights. They have had an explosive start in the ALGS Pro League, sitting comfortably in first place.

This roster is asserting itself as a top-tier team in EMEA. Unlike some teams that struggle with maintaining momentum, this squad shows no signs of faltering. Sinetic, in particular, appears to be continually improving, positioning himself among Europe’s elite in-game leaders. He stands out in an environment where breaking through as a new IGL is exceedingly rare, displaying skills comparable to established leaders like Gnaske and Hakis.
