Falco leaves KOI

Ibai and Piqué's League of Legends team part ways with their coach before making changes to the squad.

KOI, the esports club of Ibai and Piqué, has had a rather turbulent birth, with a good performance in Valorant but, however, without reaping the results they expected in League of Legends, with a very irregular season in the Superliga that ended up frustrating Ibai himself.

This, obviously, will cause changes in the team starting with the one that KOI has already announced during the past weekend officially communicating the departure of his coach, Falco, who came to the team after doing a good job at MAD Lions.

„Even though it's only been a few months, it's been quite an adventure, there have been good things and not so good things. But the balance I take away from Koi is positive. I'm sure they can do very well in the summer and I'm sorry not to accompany them more in the project. It has been a pleasure!“, said the player himself on social networks after announcing his departure.

A hesitant first split

KOI has started its competitive life in League of Legends in an irregular way, with a first level squad that did not quite cohere well during the regular season with 10 wins and 8 losses to finish third in the standings, passing to the playoffs where they lost in the second round to BISONS Esports Club.
