F1 2022 leak reveals cross-play and supercars

F1 developers Codemasters are going to do things differently in F1 2022 including cross-play and a new F1 LIFE mode. New supercars will be introduced in this latest mode, which is not the news many F1 fans were hoping for. F1 2021 was another solid entry in gaming's largest simulation of Formula 1 sport. As always, there were things that were well received and other aspects that could be improved as we look ahead to the inevitable sequel in the franchise.

A new season means a new game, and F1 2022 is poised for some big changes. Noted video game creator Tom Henderson has revealed that the popular story mode feature has been left out, but instead some of the world's most popular supercars will be added.

In an exclusive news release from Xfire, Tom Henderson announced that F1 2022 will get cross-play this year and that it will also see the removal of story mode and the addition of a new player hub called ‚F1 LIFE‘. is going to see.

The description of F1 LIFE reveals that the new game mode shares features from the upcoming F1 documentary Drive To Survive and will give outsiders a glimpse into the lives and lifestyles of F1 drivers.

While the news of cross-play and the intriguing new F1 LIFE game mode has been well received, many fans of the franchise are not as excited about the addition of supercars in F1 2022.
