Dr Disrespect launches his own game studio

Guy ‚Dr Disrespect‘ Beahm has finally announced his own game studio after the long wait. The popular streamer revealed ‚Midnight Society‘ on Twitter.

Together with two well known in the game industry, the internet celebrity founded the game studio. Robert ‚fourzerotwo‘ Bowling and Quinn DelHoyo have gained a lot of experience developing AAA games like Halo, Call of Duty and Gears of War.

In early August, a job posting for the game studio appeared on Dr. Disrespect's website. This showed that the streamer wanted to start his long-awaited studio. In addition, ideas for new games were often the topic on his streams.

Midnight Society

Midnight Society wants to develop games together with influencers and content creators. Celebrities from the gaming industry get access to the game very early in the process. This way they can give feedback and contribute to the development of games.

Dr. Disrespect says the following about the launch of Midnight Society: „As a player, streamer and former game developer it has always been my dream to create great games for the community. My vision is to develop games that reward fans and influencers.‘ He adds he is very excited to show everyone what they have planned.

Before ‚the doc‘ started streaming he worked at Sledgehammer Games, one of the developers behind the Call of Duty franchise. Beahm worked on Advanced Warfare there, among other things. As a streamer, he never quite stopped working as a developer. He worked with the developers of Rogue Company to create his own map and skin for the game.
