Destiny 2 Episode Revenant

Destiny 2 is set to captivate players with its new vampire-themed episode, Revenant. This update promises to introduce engaging gameplay features such as potion crafting, alongside much-anticipated improvements to loot drops from playlist activities. These enhancements reflect Bungie's commitment to addressing community feedback and refining the player experience.

Significant changes in Episode Revenant include adjustments to Nightfall and Lost Sector rewards. Players have expressed concerns over the drop rate of adept and non-adept weapons, and Bungie has implemented solutions to improve these rates. This update underscores a focus on delivering a more rewarding and balanced gameplay environment for Destiny 2 enthusiasts.

Destiny 2 Episode Revenant: Nightfall Reward Updates

In the upcoming „Episode Revenant,“ players will encounter notable changes to Nightfall rewards. The drop rate for non-adept Nightfall weapons is set to increase significantly. Players tackling Advanced, Expert, and Master Nightfall difficulties can expect a guaranteed drop with a Master platinum run and a 50% chance with a gold run.

For those aiming at Grandmaster Nightfall, adept weapons will have a better drop rate during gold run completions. Additionally, a new „Featured“ category is introduced at Zavala for weekly Nightfall weapon rolls, available in both adept and non-adept forms.

Cost-wise, focusing on a weekly featured Nightfall weapon requires:

  • 1 Vanguard Engram
  • 1 Nightfall Cipher

For adept versions:

  • 1 Vanguard Engram
  • 10 Nightfall Ciphers
  • 50,000 Glimmer
