Brawl Stars World Finals: Everything You Need to Know

The Brawl Stars World Finals 2023 is set to be the biggest event yet in Brawl Stars esports, with a base prize pool of $750,000, a significant increase from last year. The tournament will take place from Nov. 24 to 26 and will feature twelve teams, down from 16 in 2022, competing to be crowned world champions.

The tournament will be held at the Dreamhack Winter in the Elmia Exhibition and Convention Center, Jönköping, Sweden. A major change in the tournament this year was the addition of the Last Chance Qualifier, where sixteen teams competed for four Golden Tickets to the 2023 World Finals. This year's event promises to be an exciting and highly competitive showcase of the best Brawl Stars players from around the world.

Teams

The Brawl Stars World Finals 2023 will feature 12 teams that qualified directly through regional qualifiers and four teams from the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ). The 12 teams that qualified directly are Tribe Gaming (North America East), Luminosity Gaming (North America West), Nouns Esports (South America East), Zeta Division, Totem Esports, and FUT Esports (all from EMEA), Crazy Racoon (East Asia), and BC Gaming (China). Meanwhile, the four teams from the LCQ are SK Gaming, STMN Esports, Revenant Esports, and NAVI.

Zeta Division, the defending champion, will have a chance to defend their title in the World Finals 2023. However, the team's roster has changed significantly since last year. The org's team last year comprised of players from the East Asia region, which disbanded earlier in early 2023. The team is now competing from EMEA with an all-Polish roster. Tensai is the only player from the world championship-winning roster of Zeta Division Zero last year who will be competing in the 2023 Brawl Stars World Finals. The player is one of the most decorated players in the game and is a back-to-back world champion. He will be looking to become a three-time World Finals winner in Sweden.
