Footwear Locations in Liberty Falls for BO6 Zombies
Spot #1: Fuel Station & Shopping Area
The Fuel Station, located right below the player's initial spawn point, is an intriguing first stop. As you enter the shop, focus on the checkout counter adjacent to the cash register. A pair of bowling shoes is discreetly situated there, blending with the surroundings of the counter space.
Spot #2: Frank’s Hardware Store
Across from Olly’s Comics, Frank’s Hardware presents the next footwear discovery opportunity. Peering through the broken door from the street, aim for a shelf on the right that benefits from a flickering light. This illumination conveniently highlights the bowling shoes resting there, making them easier to identify in the hardware store's organized chaos.
Spot #3: Residence along Hill Street
Continuing past Washington Avenue will lead to a noteworthy location on Hill Street. A distinctive white house, identified by an AK-47 wallbuy mounted outside, houses the next pair. Viewing through the shattered entrance reveals a chair on the room's right side. Beneath this chair lies another pair of shoes, cleverly hidden from immediate view.
Spot #4: Graveyard Area
In the rear of the Graveyard, attention is drawn to broken metal fencing beside the Armor Upgrade wallbuy. Facing the fence, direct your gaze towards the trees ahead. Keen eyes will notice bowling shoes dangling from one of the branches, presenting a surreal sight amid the somber surroundings of the cemetery.
Spot #5: Funeral Service Hall
Finally, a visit to West Main Street brings players to Fuller’s Liberty Lanes‘ opposite side, where Benson Funeral Services stands. Inspect the building through its broken door to reveal a casket in the center of the room. Upon the casket rests a pair of bowling shoes, placed prominently to catch the eye among the service hall's decor.
Mechanics of Mister Peeks’ Bowling Mini-Game
Upon the discovery and shooting of the fifth pair of bowling shoes, players are immediately transported to the lively setting of the Liberty Lanes mini-game, hosted by Mister Peeks amidst a fervent zombie gathering. In this entertaining diversion, Mister Peeks equips players with a bowling ball, which can be hurled down the lanes to thwart the advancing zombies. Players can charge the ball by holding the fire button, boosting its speed and impact.
The mini-game is set against a two-minute countdown. The goal is to accumulate as many points as possible, which determines the type of trophy awarded by Mister Peeks. Achievements range from bronze, to silver, and ultimately to gold trophies, with rewards scaling in value and rarity based on the level of the trophy received.
Players have the opportunity to replay this Easter egg up to twice more. To initiate the game again, they must locate and shoot bowling shoes appearing in the exposed toilet near the billiards table within the bowling alley. These shoes become visible five rounds after the initial activation, offering players additional chances to engage with the mini-game and collect further prizes.
