  1. Reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat: Begin by going to the Easy Anti-Cheat official website and reinstalling the application. This step ensures that any missing or corrupted files are restored.
  2. Delete EasyAntiCheat_EOS Folder: Locate the C:\Program Files (x86) directory, find the EasyAntiCheat_EOS folder, and delete it.
  3. Remove Registry Files:
    • Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
    • Type regedit and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
    • Right-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and select ‚Find‘.
    • Enter EasyAntiCheat_EOS in the search field and click ‚Find next‘.
    • Right-click the found EasyAntiCheat_EOS folder and select ‚Delete‘.
    • Press F3 to find and delete all subsequent entries related to Easy Anti-Cheat.
  4. Launch Fortnite: Start the game. Fortnite should automatically detect new anti-cheat files, solving the error.
