Team Secret Loses to Mouz

In a surprising turn of events at the Riyadh Masters Closed Qualifiers, one of Western Europe’s most prominent teams, Team Secret, was unable to secure a spot in the highly anticipated tournament. Despite their reputation and high expectations, Team Secret lost their qualifiers to the teams Entity and MOUZ, thus concluding their campaign in third place.

Currently, Team Secret does not have a permanent position 4 player, utilizing a relatively unknown Russian player, Shishak, during the Riyadh Masters qualifiers.

In the Riyadh Masters regional qualifiers, Team Secret started strong in the Upper Bracket with victories over Dragon Esports and Dandelions. However, their performance faltered when facing more consistent teams like Entity and MOUZ. Despite securing one win against Entity, they could not secure the slot. The match against MOUZ resulted in a challenging 0-2 defeat. MOUZ, a new team in the Dota 2 scene with players from Europe and Asia, demonstrated their prowess.

This loss meant that Team Secret once again missed out on a tournament slot.
