Once you reach the required amount, interact with the skull to claim your mount reward and reputation.
Twilight Blade Arsenal Cache

You must collect four sacred tokens before you can open this cache. Each token comes from an urn near one of the main Loa temples.
When you interact with an urn, an elite enemy spawns. Defeat it to secure the token.

Mrruk’s Stolen Hoard
