Operation Silent Hunt launched in Rainbow Six Siege X on March 3, marking the start of Year 11 Season 1 and introducing a crossover with Metal Gear Solid. As you jump into the new season, you can earn a free weapon skin by watching official or partnered Twitch streams.
You also gain access to a new Battle Pass packed with exclusive cosmetics tied to the Silent Hunt theme. Between the Twitch Drop and the seasonal rewards track, you have multiple ways to unlock limited items during this event.
R6 Silent Hunt Streaming Reward
From March 3 to March 10, you can unlock a free weapon cosmetic by watching Rainbow Six Siege X streams with Drops enabled.
To claim it, watch for a total of 3 hours during the event window. Progress tracks automatically when you link your Ubisoft and Twitch accounts.
- Reward: AK-12 weapon skin
- Operators: Fuze and Ace
- Requirement: 3 hours of eligible stream time
Claim the item through your Twitch Drops inventory once you meet the watch-time requirement.
How to get Twitch Drops for Rainbow Six Siege X
Follow these steps to add Twitch Drop rewards to your Rainbow Six Siege X inventory:
- Connect your accounts
Visit the official Drops registration page and link your Ubisoft and Twitch accounts. If you play on console, also connect your console profile through your Ubisoft account settings. - Watch eligible streams
On Twitch, search for streams with the “Drops Enabled” tag to find participating channels. - Meet watch-time goals
Keep the stream open for the required number of hours to unlock each reward. - Redeem your items
Open your Twitch Inventory and claim each Drop before it expires.
Fresh Black Ice Color Variants in the R6 Siege X Silent Hunt Battle Pass
You gain access to two exclusive Black Ice Packs through the Silent Hunt Premium Battle Pass track. Each pack grants one random weapon skin from a new seasonal color collection.
For the first time, Black Ice appears in four additional shades:
- Green
- Pink
- Purple
- Red
These variants expand beyond the traditional blue finish that defined the original Black Ice line. The collection covers 14 weapons, with four color options each, for a total of 56 possible skins in this season’s pool.
You must unlock the Premium tier and progress through the Battle Pass to claim both packs.
The same Premium upgrade also unlocks Solid Snake instantly and includes the Psycho Mantis uniform for Smoke within the reward track.
