Overwatch Season 2’s midcycle update expands the game’s cosmetic lineup with the Loverwatch collection. You can now access these themed skins globally, rather than seeing them limited to a single region.
The collection introduces Date Night Genji, Date Night Junker Queen, and Scuba Mauga. If you have been following the earlier Loverwatch content, you now have the chance to add these designs to your own roster.
Overwatch Date Night skins
You can now purchase the Date Night Genji, Date Night Junker Queen, and Scuba Mauga skins directly from the in-game shop. Each cosmetic costs 1,900 Overwatch Coins, giving you individual access to the themed outfits first tied to the Loverwatch event in China.
If you want the full set, you can buy the Date Night Mega Bundle for 4,500 Overwatch Coins.
The bundle includes:
- All three featured skins
- Genji’s Date Night highlight intro
- Three umbrella-themed emotes
- A matching weapon charm for each hero
- A themed name card, player icon, and spray for each character
You can choose between buying a single look or unlocking the complete collection at once.
Overwatch Loverwatch Skins Expand Beyond China
You can now access the Date Night Genji, Date Night Junker Queen, and Scuba Mauga skins worldwide. Blizzard released these cosmetics globally on May 12, ending their China-only availability tied to the recent Loverwatch event.
Megan Reardon, Overwatch’s senior community and influencer manager, previously confirmed that Loverwatch cosmetics would see a broader launch. That confirmation aligns with the current rollout.
Several formerly region-locked skins have also joined the global shop rotation, including:
- Firefighter Wuyang
- Maid Ramattra
- Fitness Coach Vendetta
China previously received exclusive cosmetics tied to special collaborations and themed events, including Talon and Naraka Bladepoint content. You now have access to a growing portion of those items without regional restrictions.
Blizzard has not confirmed global dates for other Loverwatch-themed skins, such as Lifeweaver, Cassidy, D.Va, or Juno. For now, you can decide whether these newly available Date Night designs deserve a place in your collection.
