The skins and discount rates you see depend on your in-game activity, including the heroes you play most often. If you want to plan your purchases or avoid missing a deal, you need to understand how the rotation and reset system works.

Overwatch Maximilien’s Vault

You access Maximilien’s Vault during limited shop rotations that appear for one week at a time. The feature first launched from January 21 to January 28, 2025, before leaving the store after an update.

Blizzard later brought it back on a recurring schedule:

You should check the shop tab during these windows, since the Vault disappears once each rotation ends.

Overwatch Vault Skins

Each rotation tailors offers to your account activity. If you play a specific hero often, you will usually see more deals tied to that character.

For example, frequent Lifeweaver play can unlock discounts on skins such as:

• Royal Butler
• Black Swan
• Lifeguarder

You may also receive reduced prices on other heroes you use, such as Kiriko, with discounts that can reach 36% to 60%, depending on the roll.

Enter Maximilien’s Vault in Overwatch

When the Vault event goes live, open Overwatch and head to the main menu. Select Shop or the dedicated Maximilien’s Vault tab if it appears.

Inside the Vault, you will see several cards. Click each card to flip it and reveal your available skin or cosmetic discount.

You can track each Maximilien’s Vault appearance by its one-week window. The current rotation runs from March 17, 2026 to March 24, 2026, giving you seven days to access your personalized discounted offers before the shop refreshes.

Today’s Maximilien’s Vault presents skin discounts shaped by your account activity. Blizzard’s system reviews factors such as your login history, heroes played, past purchases, owned cosmetics, and in-game currency usage to generate five personalized offers. Each player sees a different set of deals.

If you prefer broader selections instead of tailored picks, you can disable these recommendations:

1. Open Battle.net Account Settings
2. Go to Privacy and Communication
3. Select Personalized Recommendations
4. Turn off Battle.net & In-Game Recommendations

After you switch this off, the shop no longer adjusts offers based on your activity. Your Vault options will reflect a more general pool rather than behavior-based suggestions.
