Fortnite returns to the Esports World Cup in 2026, bringing the Reload mode to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will see top duos compete for a $1 million prize pool in the Reload Elite Series Championship after a year away from the global stage.
This event replaces traditional Battle Royale formats with the faster, elimination-focused Reload mode. You can expect a detailed look at how teams qualified and which duos secured their spots for this summer’s competition.
How to Earn a Spot at the Reload Elite Series Championship
You secure your place at the championship by competing in one of four online qualifiers held across seven global regions. Each qualifier awards a set number of Duo slots, and one qualifier has already concluded with the first teams advancing. Three more events will determine the remaining competitors before August 2026.
Qualification slots per qualifier:
- Europe: 3 Duos (12 total)
- NA Central: 2 Duos (8 total)
- NA West: 1 Duo (4 total)
- Brazil: 1 Duo (4 total)
- Asia: 1 Duo (4 total)
- Middle East: 1 Duo (4 total)

Across all regions and qualifiers, 40 Duos advance to the Championship stage.
