Arc Raiders Trials Week 7 Challenges Guide

A new rotation of Trials Challenges marks the start of another week in ARC Raiders, giving players the chance to take on some of the game’s toughest foes. Each challenge invites teams to battle enemies such as Wasps, Pops, Bastions, and the formidable Matriarch for valuable seasonal rewards. The system adds variety to the standard scavenging and exploration gameplay, offering an organized way to earn Blueprints, weapons, and special gear.

Trials feature five tasks updated every Monday, each rated through a three-star system that grants increasingly valuable items. This structure encourages consistent participation and skill improvement, while seasonal rankings provide additional incentive for steady players. However, repetition in weekly objectives has led some of the community to express frustration, showing an ongoing tension between structured progression and the desire for fresh, dynamic objectives.

How to Complete ARC Raiders Week 7 Trials

Week 7 introduces five clear objectives that test both precision and awareness. Players must handle groups of smaller ARCs, locate supply drops, and inflict sustained damage on larger machines in varying conditions. Those above level 15 can access these activities through the Trials section in the main menu.

Required Tasks

Objective Type Common Locations
Destroy Ticks, Fireballs, and Pops Elimination Indoor areas and small facilities
Search Supply Drops Exploration Supply zones marked on the minimap
Damage Wasps Combat Open areas near structures
Damage Bastions Heavy Assault Strongholds and fortified sites
Damage Queens or Matriarchs Major Engagements Limited map events or large-scale encounters

Ticks, Fireballs, and Pops are smaller enemies that appear frequently. They usually swarm tight interiors, making automatic weapons and explosives efficient for clearing them quickly. Maintaining steady accuracy ensures faster completion with minimal resource loss.

Searching Supply Drops requires attention to environmental cues. Boxes tend to spawn near combat zones or abandoned camps. Moving methodically and checking rooftops, containers, and vehicle wrecks is often more effective than rushing through locations.

Wasps are flying ARCs with dual thrusters that allow agile movement. Rather than destroying them outright, players should aim for the body to accumulate higher damage values. Focusing fire at the center keeps the damage counter rising, which improves the chance to earn the full star rating.

Bastions demand heavier tactics. They have reinforced armor and deal strong counterfire. Using elevated ground and coordinated attacks helps sustain continuous damage while keeping the team safe from burst retaliation.

Queens and Matriarchs only spawn during select map events. These encounters are less about elimination and more about inflicting as much damage as possible before time runs out. Heavy ordnance and long-range weaponry perform best. Players should prepare backup ammunition and med-packs before engaging these targets to maximize uptime.

Those planning to join the upcoming Expedition should complete these Trials early. Since all inventory items reset after the Expedition window closes, finishing the challenges now helps secure rewards, cosmetics, and additional stash slots before the event begins.
