The Surgeon Deck is the third Raider Deck introduced with the Shrouded Sky update. It functions as a permanent, battle pass-style progression track built around a medical and support theme. Instead of paying real money, you use in-game currency to unlock items page by page.
You gain access to a structured reward path that includes:
- Medic-themed outfit pieces
- Facial hair and cosmetic variants
- Support-focused gadgets
- Consumables
- Raider Tokens
Each page contains multiple unlocks that require Cred, the standard progression currency tied to Raider Decks. You decide which rewards to claim and when, rather than unlocking everything in a fixed sequence.
Think of the deck as a progression system tied to resource management. You choose where to invest your Cred based on your priorities, whether that means cosmetic customization or functional equipment upgrades.
High-value rewards often include:
| Priority Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Core Cosmetics | Surgeon outfit parts, themed backpack |
| Functional Gear | Tactical MK.2, Tactical MK.3 |
| Currency | Raider Tokens |
| Extras | Color variants, consumable packs |
If you want long-term value, target gear upgrades and Raider Tokens first before spending Cred on minor cosmetic variations.
How to Unlock the Surgeon Deck for Free
You unlock the Surgeon Deck directly from the Decks tab in the main menu. Locate “The Surgeon” alongside previous Raider Decks and select it.
The entry cost is free, and you do not spend Raider Tokens to activate it. Once claimed, the deck becomes permanently available in your account.
To progress, you must earn Cred. You obtain Cred by completing Feats, which reset every 24 hours. Feats usually involve straightforward objectives such as:
- Eliminating specific ARC enemy types
- Extracting with certain loot
- Collecting medical supplies during raids
You can freely switch between unlocked Raider Decks and spend Cred on whichever reward track suits your goals that day. This flexibility lets you prioritize cosmetics, equipment, or currency depending on your current needs.
By focusing on higher-value rewards first, you increase the overall return from this free progression path.
